  • Selecting target customers, mainly middle/enterprise customers

  • Creating leads for new development

  • Constructing and implementing strategic strategies using ABM

  • Conducting research using sales tools, organizing data, operating tools, etc.

  • Development of a data-driven sales system utilizing sales force

  • Education and training for new employees

  • Grasping overall optimization and designing operations in a consistent work flow with CS and finance



  • Business experience as an inside sales (SDR) for solution sales and management work experience of 1 year or more

  • Knowledge of Salesforce products

  • Operational experience of 1 year or more

  • Excel/Spreadsheet aggregation work experience of 1 year or more

  • SaaS / IT / Understand how the sales or sales support department works for services that handle technology

  • Able to execute KGI and KPI design in the sales department with high resolution

  • Experience in data extraction and tabulation work using SQL is a plus

  • Problem discovery and problem-solving can be made based on data is a plus

  • Project management experience that allows you to handle multiple tasks in parallel and lead stakeholder communication is a plus
