Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute a range of strategic projects related to merchant management and business growth.

  • Prepare and maintain project performance reports to support leadership and strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progress and timely delivery.

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support business and operational decisions.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in project management, service operations, or strategic/business planning.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in people management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and logical approach to project execution.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Ability to extract, interpret, and apply data insights.

  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business-level proficiency in English.

  • Experience working in a start-up or high-growth business environment.

  • Enjoys managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of deliverables.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving organization.
