Job Overview
This role covers the North, Central, and South American markets. The position is not only about driving sales, but also about promoting the culture and values of racket sports in local markets. You will play a key role in developing products, implementing sales strategies, and strengthening brand awareness in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales and promotional activities across North, Central, and South America
Oversee contract negotiation and management
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and plan countermeasures
Coordinate closely with local subsidiaries, distributors, and headquarters teams
Handle other related responsibilities as required
Requirements
Must-Have:
English: Business level or above
Japanese: Business level or above
Ability to travel overseas
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Overseas sales experience in North, Central, or South America
Sales experience in consumer goods or apparel
Preferred:
Sales experience in sports-related products
Personal sports background (tennis, badminton, golf, etc.)
Desired Profile
Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Skilled negotiator with the ability to create mutually beneficial outcomes
Compensation & Benefits
Allowances: Housing, regional, family, overtime
Salary increase: Once a year (April)
Bonuses: Twice a year (approx. 6 months’ salary total)
Holidays: Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays)

Working hours: 9:00–17:30 (1-hour break)
