About the Company

Founded in 2008, this firm has grown into a leading management consultancy in Northern Europe specializing in procurement and supply chain management. Since 2022, the firm has operated as an independent subsidiary of a globally recognized strategy consulting group. Together, this creates a strong platform for continued growth and expansion in international markets.

The firm’s procurement work spans strategy development through hands-on implementation, including building procurement organizations and optimizing category management. In supply chain management, projects range from network design and optimization to production and warehouse performance improvements.
