【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
• Receive local briefs and challenge briefs when necessary
• Assess what needs to be done for each project, including roles and responsibilities, risks evaluation, reporting, resources need, etc.
• Create schedules and planning
• Be responsible for each request’s follow-up and assets delivery
• Secure and manage close relationships with digital creative person in charge, global teams, and local divisions
• Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and escalate issues according to project plan
• Regularly report the activities related to the creation of digital assets
【REQUIREMENTS】
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of strong work experience, preferably in digital and ideally in Beauty
• Strong understanding of social and digital media platforms, and ideally of luxury consumers
• Passion for digital in all forms and formats
• Proven work experience as a project coordinator/manager
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and in a fast-paced environment and/or under pressure
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Excel, Planner, Etc.)
