【THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 】
Provide technical support to end users, distributors and field service personne
Conduct technical analysis of malfunctions occurred on the field
Arrange visits to customers by field service personnel based on priorities and in accordance with maintenance programs
Handle technical claims in full coordination with the sales team and indirect contact with customers
Install, maintain and repair machines either at customers’ site or in the workshop upon necessity
Conduct internal tests and technical analysis on returned defective parts/equipment
Follow up, technical support and training to external distributors and maintenance companies
Repair data input in the CRM database, statistics, reporting (weekly and monthly)
Attend internal/external trainings about technical updates and new machines

【REQUIREMENTS 】
Minimum 3 years’ experience as service engineer for a manufacturing company or its subsidiary.
Refrigeration and food equipment industries preferred; automotive or high technology industrial machinery possible.
Sales experience and ability to run a technical call center preferred. Basic English ability required, work experience in a foreign capital company definitely a plus
