【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Take the leadership in managing and streamlining IT environment operations to enhance productivity. This includes the implementation and management of corporate security tools, as well as driving team management, with a primary focus on strategy development and execution for effective operations.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the overall improvement of the employee experience through IT infrastructure enhancements.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Mandatory:
7 years+ hands-on experience in internal IT help desk support
Proficiency in managing MDM systems like Intune and Jamf Pro
Knowledge of implementing, managing, and operating SaaS services
3 years+ track record of shaping corporate IT strategies and driving process improvements
Skilled in leading projects with diverse stakeholders, even in uncertain situations, through effective communication
3 years+ experience in utilizing outsourcing for IT resource acquisition and vendor management
Expertise in planning and implementing IT improvements in medium to large organizations, including management roles
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (i.e. JIRA and Confluence)
Business or above level of Japanese and English
Desirable:
Experience in taking ownership of IT environment development, including roadmap planning and execution
Experience in establishing and operating ISMS (Information Security Management System)
Experience in devising, implementing, and verifying the effectiveness of security measures with a focus on public audits
Experience in staying updated on new technologies, tools, and services, and actively testing them
Experience in engineering management and project management to achieve the overall business roadmap
Management experience through mentoring and leadership
