【COMPANY OVERVIEW】
A fast-growing fintech company based in Hong Kong, providing smart financial and business solutions for merchants across Asia. 

Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probationary period; no changes to compensation or benefits during this time)
Salary Range: ¥7,000,000 – ¥10,000,000 annually
Compensation is based on experience and includes fixed overtime pay.

【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in Japan, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft effective recruitment strategies

  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods

  • Leverage various channels—job boards, social media, and professional networks—to attract top talent

  • Work closely with internal teams and HR partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

【REQUIREMENTS】 

  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese; strong English reading and writing abilities

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, either in-house or with an agency, preferably in a dynamic or high-growth environment

  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work confidently in bilingual (Japanese/English) business settings

【WELCOME SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE】

  • Experience supporting broader HR functions, such as payroll or business partnering

  • Recruiting experience across various roles (e.g., technical, business operations, corporate functions)

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Working Hours
Standard: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Core hours: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible start/end times available)

Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays
