Manage, execute and monitor all range of store projects such as new openings, refurbishments, relocations and closures.
Build relationships also work closely with external partners, construction companies, and vendors, focus on ensuring that all store design and construction projects are completed on budget and on schedule.
Monitor vendors and contractors in the project implementation and process, to ensure those schedules are under control.
Work with cross-functional teams to negotiate lease terms and perform due diligence on potential locations to ensure considerable construction concerns are taken into account.
Manage and balance procurement management and overall related affairs for store openings and renewal projects while promoting good communication both internal and external stakeholders, pursuing schedule planning and budget control by coordinating with each project manager.
5 years’ experience in store planning or development position in retail network development, store design or interior design firm, or store construction for international luxury brand.
Project management and planning techniques
Detailed knowledge and understanding on real estate, leasing agreement, construction contract and conditions.
Detailed knowledge and understanding on the retail business of international brand, and department stores.
PCs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
Native level of Japanese & Business level of English is mandatory
Able to travel to visit and monitor in-process construction sites
