  • Enhance current client relationship and establish new business

  • Manage translation of client objectives into portfolio guidelines

  • Keep track of account activities

  • Coach clients about set of products or services

  • Engage in investment strategy process and execute new business as a marketer


  • Knowledge in fixed income, equity fundamentals, and macroeconomics

  • 5+ years work experience in financial markets

  • Interpersonal relationships skills

  • Excellent Japanese and English communication and writing skills

  • Microsoft excel skills

  • Organization skills

  • Self-motivated

  • MBA, CFA, CAIA, a plus
