Position Details
In this role, you will lead the delivery of data-driven solutions to client organizations through consulting and project management, leveraging proprietary data assets, AI technologies, and client data. Key responsibilities include:
Identifying relevant use cases based on client needs and recommending optimal AI-driven solutions
Translating client objectives into clear business and functional requirements
Collaborating closely with data scientists and data engineers to ensure accurate implementation
Overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress management
Mandatory Qualifications
Strong knowledge of data science, particularly in generative AI and large language models (LLMs)
Understanding of common machine learning algorithms and evaluation metrics
Excellent Japanese communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience solving business challenges through data analysis (internally or for clients)
Demonstrated project management experience, including progress tracking and PMO responsibilities
Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives involving teams such as sales and data science
Proficiency in preparing structured project documentation (e.g., PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently across multiple teams and functions
Strategic thinking, hypothesis-driven problem solving, and leadership capability
Hands-on analytical experience using tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or platforms like DataRobot

Experience working in data-focused organizations or analytics-driven departments
