【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

• 担当エリア全体を俯瞰し、市場の変化を見据えたテリトリーマネジメントプランを策定・実行・見直しを行う。

• アルミノックス®プラットフォームの価値を最大化する専門家として、十分な製品知識と市場洞察を持ち、成果に結びつける。

• 担当医療機関の情報(ステークホルダーのニーズ・影響力、院内動向や周囲の環境など)を詳細に把握する。

• 市場の変化や業界トレンドを常に把握し、将来的なチャンスやリスクに先回りして対応する。

• 担当施設ごとの目標や課題を、正確な情報をもとに設定する。

• 顧客ニーズに応じた最適な戦略を立て、実行し、必要に応じて迅速に軌道修正を行う。

• 担当エリア内の KOLと信頼関係を築き、戦略に反映させる。

• 社内外のパートナーとの協働をリードし、建設的な連携を推進する。

• 社内規範および業界ルールを遵守し、公正なビジネスを遂行する。

• 組織内の意思決定プロセスを理解し、関係者との調整・交渉ができる方(医師に加え、経営部門、医事課、用度課、SPDなど)

• 新しい治療法の普及を目指し、アカウント攻略に加えて、地域・KOLとの関係や連携体制を理解し活用できる方

• 医療機器業界出身の方

• 歯科関連機器の営業経験者

• がん治療薬の販売経験がある方

• 医療業界に加え、異業種の経験をお持ちの方(現職が医療業界でなくても可)

• 中級程度の語学力をお持ちの方

【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Manage the assigned territory in its entirety, creating and continuously refining a strategic territory management plan that anticipates future market developments
  • Act as a key expert in their platform, leveraging deep product and market knowledge to deliver impactful, results-driven solutions
  • Gain comprehensive insight into each assigned healthcare institution, including stakeholder roles, internal operations, and the broader local healthcare landscape
  • Stay abreast of evolving industry trends and market changes to proactively identify emerging opportunities and mitigate potential risks
  • Establish clear, data-informed objectives and assess potential obstacles for each facility within the territory
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies based on specific customer needs, with the agility to adapt as situations evolve
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), incorporating their feedback into strategic planning
  • Lead collaborative efforts with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive aligned and productive teamwork
  • Uphold professional ethics and ensure compliance with all corporate policies and relevant industry regulations

 

【REQUIREMENTS】 

  • Self-driven and enthusiastic about identifying and developing opportunities in underexplored markets
  • Comfortable operating independently in a field-based sales role with significant autonomy
  • Keen to build deep, strategic engagement with hospitals that extends beyond traditional pharmaceutical or medical device sales
  • Strong ability to navigate complex organizational decision-making processes and effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders, including physicians, hospital executives, administrative staff, procurement teams, and logistics departments
  • Skilled in promoting the adoption of innovative treatments through a strategic, account-focused approach that leverages regional networks, KOL engagement, and collaborative frameworks

【WELCOME SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE】

  • Previous experience in the medical device sector
  • Sales background in dental equipment or related technologies
  • Familiarity with oncology product sales and therapeutic areas
  • Diverse industry experience that complements a healthcare background (current position does not need to be healthcare-related)
  • Intermediate proficiency in an additional language is a plus
