Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management for multinational teams, including overseas resources, serving as a communication bridge across cultures.

  • Gather and analyze information accurately and swiftly in complex project environments to make optimal decisions.

  • Demonstrate advanced skills in risk management and problem-solving to ensure project success.

  • Enhance coordination among stakeholders and drive projects from a strategic perspective.

  • Conduct presentations, gather requirements, and coordinate with clients and internal teams during project kick-offs.

  • Manage progress across multiple projects in terms of time, budget, and quality.

  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and coordination skills to ensure smooth transitions.

Depending on experience and interview performance, a Senior-level offer may be extended.

  • Deep knowledge of IT project management concepts, tools, methodologies, and requirements.

  • Client management skills, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and prioritization abilities.

  • Experience leading onsite, remote, and offshore resources.

  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies and knowledge flexibly.

  • Willingness to travel.

Qualifications and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)

  • Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 (preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager

  • Leadership experience in high-performing team environments

  • Experience in the IP field is a plus

  • Native-level Japanese proficiency

English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
