Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and coordination skills to ensure smooth transitions.

Depending on experience and interview performance, a Senior-level offer may be extended.

Proven experience managing multinational teams and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
Ability to collect and analyze information quickly and accurately in complex situations.
Strong decision-making and risk management capabilities.
Advanced problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills.
Strategic leadership mindset.
Extensive experience and track record in software-related project execution.
Excellent presentation, meeting facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to convey complex concepts in simple terms (in Japanese).
Deep knowledge of IT project management concepts, tools, methodologies, and requirements.
Client management skills, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and prioritization abilities.
Experience leading onsite, remote, and offshore resources.
Ability to learn and apply new technologies and knowledge flexibly.
Willingness to travel.

Qualifications and Education
