A global leader in the Health Care industry.


This person will organize and direct HR activities and supervise all aspects of the HR function. This person will work closely with HR directors and leaders in Asia.

  • Supervise recruiting and hiring activities

  • Oversee immigration process

  • Organize competitive and equitable compensation programs

  • Establish benefits and programs for employees

  • Build relationships with employees and management members

  • Supervise annual employee performance reviews

  • Ensure that the company is in compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Train employees and assist with team development


  • Over 10 years of experience in HR management

  • Over 3 years of experience in a regional role overlooking several markets in Asia (outside of Japan) working alongside their HR teams

  • Leadership and management skills

  • Strong understanding of local legislative and labor requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Master’s degree or professional certification in HR, preferred

  • Native level Japanese, fluent level English

  • Able to travel to Tricare locations in Asia Pacific

  • 3年以上、人事チームと協力して、アジア市場を管理した経験

  • リーダーシップと管理スキル

  • 地域の立法および労働要件に関する深い理解

  • 学士号

  • HRの修士号または専門資格、望ましい

  • ネイティブレベルの日本語、流暢なレベルの英語

  • アジア太平洋地域に出張が可能な方
