Role Overview
A global real estate investment management firm is seeking professionals to join its Asset Management team in Japan. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the performance and operations of a diversified real estate portfolio including logistics facilities, data centers, office buildings, residential properties, hotels, and other asset classes.
The role involves developing business plans, monitoring investment performance, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting the execution of investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage real estate assets across multiple property sectors such as logistics, data centers, offices, residential, and hospitality properties.
Develop and implement asset management business plans for projects under development and stabilized properties.
Monitor and manage investment performance.
Prepare reports and updates for investors and financial institutions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders involved in the projects.
Prepare lease agreements and related legal or operational documentation.
Support transaction closing processes.
Perform general asset management and portfolio oversight activities.
Required Experience
Relevant experience in real estate asset management, depending on position level:
Senior Associate / Senior VP level: approximately 8+ years of experience
Associate / VP level: approximately 3–10 years of experience
Analyst level: approximately 3 years of experience
Other requirements:
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Real estate transaction license (or equivalent certification).
Real estate securitization or investment-related certification.
Real estate appraisal certification or related professional credentials.
Language Requirements
English: Business-level proficiency preferred.
Compensation
Salary to be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Working Hours
Standard schedule: approximately 9:00 – 17:30 (7.5 working hours with a 60-minute break)
Managerial roles may not be eligible for standard overtime compensation except for late-night hours.

物流施設、データセンター、オフィス、住宅、ホテルなど、複数のアセットタイプからなる不動産ポートフォリオの運用管理を担当していただきます。
投資パフォーマンスの管理、事業計画の策定・実行、ステークホルダーとの調整など、投資運用に関する幅広い業務を担っていただきます。

必要な経験
不動産アセットマネジメント業務の実務経験：
シニアアソシエイト／シニアVP相当：8年以上
アソシエイト／VP相当：3～10年程度
アナリスト：3年程度
