Main Tasks
Sales Planning & Performance Management
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts. 
- Independently create and implement sales plans. 
- Propose solution-based strategies by developing multiple options to meet sales targets. 
Distributor Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key distributor operations. 
- Optimize and streamline distributor relationships and structures. 
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication and build strong, long-term customer relationships. 
- Independently handle business matters and negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders. 
Business Analysis & Development
- Continuously gather and update market insights. 
- Identify opportunities and develop plans to engage new customers and expand business. 
Strategic Planning
- Develop account strategies with guidance and collaboration from supervisors and team members. 
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
- • University degree 
- • Working Experience >5 years in sales; chemical, lubricant or fuel industry experience preferable. 
- • Skillset; English reading, writing & verbal communication, basic computer skills (MS Office, etc.) Strong verbal and written English communication skills
