Position Overview
Role: Assistant to the Producer
In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support across the planning and execution of various events. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination before, during, and after each project.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate communication with venues and external vendors
Process invoices and manage expense documentation
Oversee event-related equipment and materials
Prepare and organize on-site materials such as name badges and event supplies
Support on-site event setup and assist with operational tasks during execution
Required Qualifications
Experience in the event industry or a closely related field
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
English proficiency sufficient for internal email correspondence and document review
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
