【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Lead and coordinate application studies in the area of Baking and Confectionery market segment, to demonstrate/evaluate functional value of our solution.

  • Develop application solutions to support customer needs, base on scientific evidence, structure/ function value relation

  • Ensure the right level of support vs business opportunities in collaboration with marketing.

  • Create, and animate training for customers and/or go to market resources

  • Due diligence in keeping trial records with proper documentation to facilitate innovation and protect the value trough patenting of our solutions

  • Participate in customers trials, with a high degree of technical challenge.

  • Deliver technical seminars on product and solutions at customer’s and large group settings.

  • Manage operation and development of SOP of machine and equipment related to segment.

  • Contribute to a safe and environmentally friendly workplace and comply with our safety policies and SOP.

 

【REQUIREMENTS】

  • Project Management skill

  • BSc in Food Science, Food Engineering, and Chemical Process Technology. 

  • 6+ years in similar role with hands-on experience working with bakery and snacks products.

  • Self-starter with good knowledge of baking and confectionery science.

  • Good hands-on experience in baked & snacks products: cakes, muffins, bread, pastry, cookies, biscuits, sheeted snacks, coated products, bars and other dough products. 

  • Have some hands-on experience with confectionery products.

  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.

  • Knowledge and experience with specialty ingredients – Modified starch, proteins and sugar substitutes are is desired.

  • Good spoken and written English skill

  • Effective team player, independent and resourceful.
