About the Team
This role sits within a digital project promotion team established to create new business value and drive DX incubation through continuous digital product and service development within a large mobility-focused corporate group.
The team acts as a cross-functional connector, combining deep understanding of the group’s business structure, mobility industry knowledge, UI/UX and product design capabilities, business strategy insight, and hands-on experience in agile development and product growth. By working across organizational and functional boundaries, the team plans, develops, and operates digital systems and services that enhance customer experience.
Going forward, the team will expand its scope, collaborating closely with both business and engineering departments across multiple domains to deliver innovative digital solutions.
Role Overview
This position focuses on driving business improvement and digital system development across the broader mobility group. Acting as a Business Development professional, you will be closely involved in on-site operations while also contributing from a planning and strategic perspective.
Using your understanding of the automotive industry and technologies such as cloud platforms, mobile applications, and generative AI, you will lead initiatives that connect in-vehicle and out-of-vehicle systems. You will support and promote multiple projects while contributing to the creation of new business opportunities.
Depending on project needs, this role may involve temporary or long-term assignment to other group companies.
Key Responsibilities
Drive hands-on project execution, including progress tracking, task structuring, stakeholder coordination, and deliverable reviews
Build new partnerships and connections with internal and external stakeholders, including collaboration and talent support
Support projects using technical knowledge of vehicle control systems such as ECUs, CAN, and sensors
Develop plans and proposals based on emerging technologies, including cloud services, mobile platforms, and generative AI
Lead system development from requirements definition in collaboration with engineering teams and partner companies
Manage tasks, schedules, teams, and support business process improvement and quality enhancement
Assist with development scope estimation and project planning

Requirements
Must-Have
At least one year of project management experience related to B2C services or systems in the vehicle or mobility domain
(Experience with connected data–driven services is highly preferred)Knowledge of vehicle systems such as ECUs, CAN, and sensors
Experience creating requirements documentation and basic system design materials
Preferred
Experience launching new services within a business organization
Experience proposing new service models based on operational understanding
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent internal qualifications)
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Software development experience using languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
