 A global skincare/shaving products company



  • Develop and drive the brand strategy for the marketing activities, including new product development, promotion development, execution of integrated campaigns, and helps the team stay in synch with company, divisional and category plans, and initiatives.

  • Optimize brand portfolio to match consumer needs with keeping high Gross profit.

  • Plan and execute 360 launch planning, including ATL/BTL to drive awareness, consideration, conversion, and purchase.

  • Analyse consumer behaviours and advertising campaigns accordingly, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets and manage brand profit and loss

  • Collaborate and strengthen the relationship with internal and external teams (agencies) to optimize user experience and to improve marketing results.



  • Experience working in FMCG, Beauty industry.

  • Has 5+ years marketing experience in the company manufacture and selling product is must. 

  • Strong experience/knowledge of brand marketing.

  • Passion for exploring product idea and creative thinking.

  • Business English proficiency (4 skills): no TOEIC score targeted. Rather whether they can use it in business.

  • Proactive, hands-on attitude, adjustment, while striking a balance between macro and micro view.
