Role Overview
We are seeking a senior Business Analyst to join our IT digital team. This role is critical for driving digital transformation, bridging business and IT, and supporting digital strategy implementation. You will interact with internal teams and external partners to ensure delivery of best-in-class services for clients and partners.

Responsibilities / 業務内容
Analyze business needs and develop IT solutions aligned with strategic plans.
Participate in preliminary studies and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Serve as the key contact for functional and data-related aspects within projects.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Document business requirements (BRD, FRD, FS) and obtain necessary approvals.
Support user testing and identify business impacts.
Provide knowledge sharing and functional support across the company.
Manage and mentor junior business analysts.

Required Skills / 必須スキル
5+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in life insurance, insurance, or financial services.
Strong understanding of business/IT relationships, IT architecture, and data management.
Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders and managing requirements documentation.
Skilled in UX and customer journey mapping.
Japanese and English fluency required; additional languages (Chinese/French) are a plus.

ビジネス/IT関係、ITアーキテクチャ、データ管理に関する知識
複数ステークホルダーとの調整・要件文書管理経験

日本語・英語必須、その他言語（中国語/フランス語）があれば尚可
