Position Summary:
The Materials Reviewer is responsible for evaluating pharmaceutical-related content—including promotional materials, sales tools, and educational resources—to ensure scientific accuracy, medical integrity, and compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Review:
Assess materials submitted by internal teams such as Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Clinical Development.
Provide clear, constructive feedback and suggest alternative approaches when necessary.
Review presentation materials for scientific conferences, seminars, and other events.
Medical Affairs Support:
Contribute to training programs and educational initiatives for Medical Affairs personnel.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare-related field (e.g., pharmacy, nursing).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in literature review and scientific analysis (domestic and international), or experience as a Drug Information (DI) specialist in pharmaceutical, hospital, or pharmacy settings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to read and write professional-level English (spoken fluency not required).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with service providers in areas such as:
Reviewing promotional or educational materials
Developing content for medical or sales use
Advanced academic or professional credentials (e.g., PhD, pharmacist, nurse).
Familiarity with rare disease or oncology therapeutic areas.
