仕事内容 / Job Duties

年間予算策定：各部署や戦略チームと連携し、情報を収集して年間予算や中長期予測を策定。経営陣やグローバルチームへ説明。
Annual budget formulation: Collaborate with departments and strategy team to lead budget process, create annual budgets and mid-to-long term forecasts, and explain to management and global teams.
予算と実績管理：四半期ごとに予算と実績を管理し、発生する経営課題の解決を支援・推進。
Budget and actual performance management: Manage quarterly budgets vs actuals, supporting resolution of management issues.
年次事業計画支援：各部署の事業計画をボトムアップで確認し、財務・予算の観点から支援。
Support for annual business plan formulation: Review business plans from each department and provide input mainly on financial and budget consistency.
KPI策定・管理：戦略チームやグローバルチームと連携して会社全体のKPIを策定・管理。
KPI formulation and management: Work with strategy and global teams to develop and manage company-wide KPIs.

必須資格 / Required Qualifications

会計または財務の実務経験（できれば3年以上）
PowerPoint、Excelスキル（特にExcel中級レベル、例：SUMIF関数）
基本的な英語スキル（メールの読み書き程度）
コミュニケーション力と人柄を重視

Practical experience in accounting/finance (preferably 3+ years), PowerPoint and Excel skills (intermediate Excel preferred), basic English (email reading/writing), strong communication and interpersonal skills.

年収800万～1500万円（経験により変動）
