【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Update monthly journal entries and payroll files
Update quarterly bonus and PTO file
Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes
Creation and improvement of salary, benefit and bonus systems
【REQUIREMENTS】
Strong payroll accounting experience. not only vendor management.
Update monthly journal entries, Update quarterly accrued bonus and PTO file experience (有給の引当金処理、ボーナスの引当金処理の経験)
Advance MS office skill, excel pivot, VLOOKUP, if,, Word, PowerPoint
Good verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
