【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
This person will be supporting and providing Japan and APAC operations with operations analytics and strategy.
Support planning, forecasting, opportunity progression, pipeline management and business reviews for the leadership
Support planning and reporting through market segmentation, territory modelling, customer analysis, data reconciliation and clean-up
Provide ongoing support and system administration to fix issues with Salesforce.com and integrated systems
Work in conjunction with the Operations and Data Engineering teams to maintain processes focused on data integrity
Ensure accuracy of clients and pipeline information in Salesforce
Develop and maintain performance dashboards
Produce analysis and deliver insights to optimize effectiveness
Customer cohort analysis
Align with partners in other departments

【REQUIREMENTS】
3+ years experience in an analytics role in a fast-paced environment
Experience administering Salesforce, Marketo, or Salesforce power user
Great communication skills in both English and Japanese (business level English, business-level Japanese)
Skills in advanced quantitative analysis, logical thinking, Excell skills and working with querying/reporting via SQL, Python and SOQL (Salesforce and BI Tools)
Solid understanding of Salesforce.com and third party app integrations with Salesforce
Experienced with systems such as Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Clearbit, DiscoverOrg, Outreach, Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Marketo, LeanData, Engagio, Zendesk
Understanding of SaaS sales processes and Salesforce data model

Salesforce、Marketo、またはSalesforceパワーユーザーの管理経験
