Use internal business management tool together with global team to improve sales processes.
Track KPI and analyze the data for management's information.
Initiating sales improvements for local sales team.
Teach stakeholders to use internal business management tools.

【REQUIREMENTS】
2-3 years experience in Commercial Excellence/Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE).
Ms. Excel skill (VLookUp, etc)
At least conversational level English and fluent level Japanese.
Already authorized to work in Japan.
