Position Mission
The Corporate Sales Specialist supports business growth and brand value by expanding corporate and B2B sales channels. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships with companies and distributors, developing tailored proposals that meet client needs, and ensuring that every transaction reflects the brand’s premium positioning.
This position manages the full commercial process from proposal development through delivery and after-sales follow-up, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and sustainable relationships.
Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Sales General Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Sales Development
Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate clients while actively developing new business opportunities
Identify potential B2B initiatives such as corporate gifting, partnerships, and collaboration programs aligned with brand strategy
Plan and propose customized campaigns and gifting solutions based on client objectives
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate partners, distributors, and related agencies
2. Project & Order Management
Oversee the full order lifecycle from proposal approval to delivery
Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth execution
Manage timelines, budgets, and client communication throughout projects
Handle internal approval and order processes and coordinate with sales administration teams
Arrange inspections, shipping, and handling as required
3. Sales Administration & Reporting
Prepare bi-weekly sales forecasts and monthly performance reports using standard internal formats
Maintain accurate records for orders, invoicing, and client data
Track performance against targets and propose corrective or improvement actions
4. Client Experience & Brand Representation
Ensure all corporate sales activities align with and reinforce the brand’s luxury positioning
Deliver a high level of personalized client service
Prepare proposals and materials that meet the brand’s standards for quality, design, and presentation
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders including Retail, Marketing, Logistics, and overseas headquarters
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure clear, timely communication
Required Experience & Skills
3–5 years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales, ideally within luxury, premium consumer goods, or gift-related industries
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Solid project management ability with attention to detail and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; pivot table experience preferred)
Native-level Japanese and basic to intermediate English (email reading and writing)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with luxury or high-end consumer brands
Familiarity with premium gift products or similar categories
Experience working with marketing or logistics teams
