・Business-level English
→ The current ACD mainly handles Japanese clients, so it would be ideal if the CD we hire this time can also work with international clients. However, English proficiency is not strictly required; candidates without strong resistance to using English are acceptable.
・Career background based on copywriting
→ A purely art-based background is not disqualified, but projects handled are diverse. While Comms projects are included, there are also many consulting-style projects, so a copywriting-based career background is generally a better fit.
