◾️Mandatory Requirements
- Native-level Japanese
- Experience in strategic planning at an advertising agency
- English proficiency
→ Not required to be a perfect bilingual, but it would be difficult if the candidate has a strong aversion to using English. At a minimum, they should be able to communicate in writing using translation tools or similar support.
◾️Other Desired Candidate Attributes
- Mid-30s (to ensure compatibility with the current team)
- Understanding of Japanese business practices and able to adapt accordingly
- Mainly responsible for Comms projects, so CX expertise is not required; however, since they may participate in CX projects as well, the candidate should be eager to apply advertising industry experience to the CX domain.
