[RESPONSIBILITY]
As Creative Director' you will lead the development of integrated creative work based on the truth of the brand, contributing to the growth of the client's business. From communication strategy design to campaign planning, production and operation, we oversee the entire process and lead the team from the perspective of an integrated agency.
1. Integrated creative planning and development
・Development of creative concepts based on brand strategy and the idea of Truth Well Told
・Idea development based on or linked to the modern consumer environment, media and social contact attitudes
・Campaign design across mass advertising, digital, social media, OOH, PR, events, experiences, etc.
・Localization of global projects and development of global work originating from Japan
2. The team's creative lead
・Direction of copywriters, art directors, digital creators, etc.
・Training and mentoring young creators
・Lead creative reviews to ensure quality control and maximize output
3. Promoting client work
・Negotiations with client management and brand management teams
・Participate in problem definition, communication strategy formulation, workshops, etc.
・Concept proposal and presentation
・Supervising the progress of production during the implementation phase
4. Utilizing data and technology
・Planning ideas that utilize digital data, behavioral data, and social insights
・Exploring and experimenting with creatives that utilize AI/new technologies (AI generation, personalization, dynamic creatives, etc.)
5. Collaboration with a global network
・Close collaboration and cooperation with regional and global teams
・Collaboration with offices in each country
・Learn from global best practices and adapt to the challenges of the Japanese market
・Participate in international conferences and reviews as necessary
[REQUIREMENTS]
・University graduate or above
・More than 5 to 10 years of creative experience at an advertising agency or creative studio
・Experience with global brands
・Experience planning and implementing integrated campaigns (brand, digital, mass media)
・Strength in any of the following specialized fields: copywriting, art, film, or digital
・Experience presenting to clients
・Team management or direction experience
・Japanese-English bilingual or equivalent ability to express oneself (English is acceptable as the primary language)
・Deep understanding of SNS native creative (TikTok/Instagram/YouTube, etc.)
・Experience planning PR and experience projects
・Skills in using AI tools (generative AI/prototyping AI, etc.)
