Global company based in Iceland that develops, manufactures and sells non-invasive equipment



  • Process customer orders utilizing telephone, computer, and interpersonal interactions according to internal procedures.

  • Work closely with the US shipping team to deliver products on time to the dropship customers.

  • Review the backorders, monitor

    and work closely with the demand planners in US.

  • Process complaints, feedback and returns in company Global quality system, solve invoice queries, produce credit notes when required and follow up on them.

  • Arrange the product repair and maintenance with global service centers

    and follow up.

  • Work closely with the companys technical team and quality control team for product failure complaints and arrange returns as requested.

  • Provide pricing and availability to the customer by referring to product price list and quoting prices to customers.

  • Arrange disposal for obsolete products and failure products.



  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field of education.

  • Minimal 5 years of relevant experience

  • Utilizes the most used software, Microsoft Office, and has solid ERP experience.

  • Customer-oriented and excellent communicator with internal/external customers

  • Willing to take leadership opportunities or leading projects in the future.

  • Knowledge of the international trade & logistics.

  • Sales force knowledge and Navision knowledge will be plus.

  • Good written English language skills
