• Aligned with Global Digital / e-commerce strategy, develop localized e-commerce / Digital sales/marketing strategies and plans for Japan and lead respective execution.
• Define, implement, and optimize assortment, content and promotional strategies for E-Commerce business (primarily on Amazon), in close collaboration with sales team.
• Develop strategy for new E-commerce plat form business and rollout.
• Optimize E-Commerce product display pages and craft digital marketing tactics that drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversion.
• Leverage data & analytics to improve the customer experience and ensure KPIs are being met.
• 5+ years of e-commerce / digital marketing experiences include BtoB, BtoBtoC and/or DtoC
• Experience with and sound understanding of path to purchase segmentation, digital landscape, owned and paid media.
• Strong understanding of scheme of digital marketing, e-commerce, and web analytics.
• Agile, entrepreneurial, collaborative and metrics-focused.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Native level in Japanese & business level English
