【THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 】
Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
Manage all digital marketing channels
Measure daily, weekly and monthly ROI and KPIs, including forecast performance trends
Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget
In charge of performance marketing and run frequently A/B testing
Oversee and optimise all paid ads, including search, display and social ads
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
Build an inbound marketing plan
Find creative ways to grow and improve user retention and user acquisition
Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

【REQUIREMENTS 】
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive
1-2 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
Good knowledge of various different digital marketing channels and hands-on experience with online marketing tools and best practices
Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
