【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Manage deployment activities into the market in partnership with Enterprise and Market Product Owners
Support ongoing channel operations support for web, mobile, physical presence, etc.
Managing operations and maintenance of Digital-owned channels and channels where Digital is the strategic partner
Social properties management
Social listening actions
Executing digital rewiring throughout the organization to increase company knowledge, aptitude, and curiosity surrounding digital
【REQUIREMENTS】
Ability to triage, quantify, and prioritize production issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal business impact
In-depth knowledge of monitoring performance of both on-premises and cloud systems using a variety of dashboards and tools
Partner with development teams and peers to effectively respond to production needs
Strong communication skills to keep Enterprise teams informed of updates, outages, and maintenance windows
Perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations effectively
Ability to work on multiple digital projects, as well as manage day to day operations
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience working in Agile methodology
Collaborate with a team of operations resources focused on the support & delivery of solutions for enterprise platforms
