Digital Web Designer

Role Overview
This position is responsible for driving customer engagement through one of the company’s main communication channels, LINE. By planning, designing, and managing digital content, the role contributes to enhancing user experience and building stronger brand connections.

Additionally, the Digital Web Designer leads creative development for LINE Official and Mini App platforms, ensuring the brand’s digital expression aligns with its global identity. Balancing user experience (UX) principles and art direction, this role collaborates with both local and international teams to continuously refine the brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce creative assets for LINE Official Account and Mini App, including visual materials such as rich messages, cards, and VOOM posts.

  • Create engaging copy and text, while developing user interface (UI) and visual design elements for LINE channels.

  • Manage communication and coordination with external creative agencies and vendors, overseeing production timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.

  • Handle English-language materials and coordinate with global headquarters to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and creative direction.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in web design; experience in luxury or fashion industries preferred.

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Working knowledge of UX/UI design principles.

  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

  • Experience managing production workflows, schedules, and communication between internal and external partners.

  • Familiarity with Outlook, Teams, and other business communication tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience creating digital content or UI design specifically for LINE (such as rich menus or Mini App interfaces).

  • Ability to plan and implement UX/UI-driven initiatives that enhance user engagement and experience.

  • Experience using data analytics platforms (such as Tableau or Salesforce) to evaluate creative effectiveness and optimize results.

  • Strong project management experience coordinating between cross-functional teams and external vendors.

  • Excellent PowerPoint presentation and visual storytelling skills.

  • Experience in web design for international or global brands.

  • Familiarity with mobile app design, development, or operational management.
