【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Recruit, hire and develop talented project managers and solution architects
Coach and motivate teams to achieve goals
Work closely with sales, product and external development partners, and other key departments to ensure smooth execution
Establish and manage maintenance and operations structure
Identify, establish and enhance best practices
Support the team by participating in customer and prospect meetings
Update and maintain the accuracy of a project management system to ensure internal and external resources and support
【REQUIREMENTS】
7+ years of experience in PM or development direction on systems development projects
2+ years of team leadership experience
Understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS software, and mobile software solutions
Experience in service planning, business planning, or systems development management for Internet services (SaaS/PaaS), especially B2B companies
Persuasive speaking and clear written communication skills with excellent face-to-face presentation skills
A desire to learn and grow, with excellent coaching skills
Able to drive projects forward by involving members and stakeholders and building consensus.
Experience in planning, developing, and releasing/operating services and products is a plus
PM experience in joint system development projects with external partners is a plus
Business level English proficiency (TOEIC 800 or above) is a plus
