【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Responsible for supply chain management for Japan market to ensure supply can meet business and customer requirements at right time right place with right quantity and quality.
Control inventory at right level to offset market and supply risk and keep cost to reasonable level.
Responsible for controlling OPC within the pre-determined targets and development / execution of continuous OPC improvement actions
Responsible for optimizing customer service level and inventory holding by a well-coordinated data-based planning process across related functions and as a result, keep / improve SC KPI's. such as MAPE, LIFR, OTIF, Inv turns
Partner with 3PL in Japan and responsible for constantly delivering / improving industry leading logistical quality which is defined by KPI's such as: Miss-pick (PPM), Miss-delivery (PPM), On-time delivery, Cycle count accuracy
Partner with 3 BU's, global functions in Japan, GBO&PE and responsible for coordinating timely and successful new products launches across 3 BU's,
Manage Supply Chain budget and drive cost reduction initiative to meet local business and global functional requirements.
Develop team to enhance team members competency. Develop succession plan and mitigate people movement risk. Measure individual performance and develop talents in each SC teams and develop rotation plan.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent, MBA is preferred Fluency in English and Japanese
EXPERIENCE (e.g. health care industry, multinational company, number of years, what level/types of roles, etc)
10+ years of experience in global supply chain management preferably both in Logistics, and Demand/Supply Planning functions.
Management experience of Purchasing, Package, Order Management, QA, Manufacturing functions plus
Experience in Medical equipment and/or Pharmaceutical Industry and multi- national companies, Knowledge in Japanese Pharmaceutical Law, GMP, GDP
Minimum 5 years of people management experience in a certain size of organization
Experience in ERP implementation plus
