Job Summary｜業務概要
Team Uniform Production and Delivery
Coordinating design, production, scheduling, and delivery of football team uniforms for the start of each season
プロサッカーチームのユニフォーム制作に関するデザイン・生産・スケジュール・納品対応
Local Club Sales & Support
Creating tailored teamwear proposals for community football clubs, managing orders and delivery logistics
地域クラブ向けにカスタムユニフォーム提案・受注管理・納品対応
Event Planning & Execution
Planning and executing local events in partnership with a top-tier football club to engage fans and the community
地域イベントやクラブ連携のプロモーション企画・実施
Retail Promotion Activities
Visiting local sporting goods retailers to promote football-related products and strengthen brand visibility

Required Skills & Experience｜必要スキル・経験
Prior experience in sales and promotional roles
PC proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Valid driver’s license (standard class)
営業・販促に関する実務経験
基本的なPCスキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）
普通自動車運転免許
Preferred Qualifications｜歓迎要件
Background as a soccer player or experience in the football/sports industry
サッカー競技経験者やサッカー業界での就業経験
Language Requirements｜語学力
Japanese: Business-level fluency required
English: Basic reading/writing is a plus
日本語：ビジネスレベル必須
英語：基礎的な読み書きスキルがあれば尚可
Compensation & Benefits｜待遇・福利厚生
Annual salary: ¥4.3M – ¥6.25M (includes bonus; approx. 6 months’ worth)
Bonus: Twice annually (June and December)
Allowances: Family, housing, overtime, and others
Salary review: Annually in April

Work Hours & Style｜勤務時間・働き方
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with 1-hour break)
Flextime available (core hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Up to 1 day/week remote work available
Business travel required
Full 2-day weekends (Sat/Sun) and public holidays off
勤務時間：9:00～17:30（休憩1時間）
