Define customer journey and experience on EC websites
Control and manage KPIs
Optimize customer journey to improve customer satisfaction
Reach company objectives by ensuring functional analysis and participating in workload evaluation
【REQUIREMENTS】
Over 5 years of experience in EC
Knowledge of mobile and web technologies
Experience in working in an agile scum environment and Test & Learn mode
UX knowledge
Knowledge of Google Analtics, Jira, and Confluence, preferred
Fluent level English and Japanese
