Mission

The VIC (Very Important Client) Manager is responsible for deepening relationships with the brand’s most valued and highly engaged clients by delivering exceptional, personalized luxury experiences.

Using CRM insights, client intelligence, and cross‑functional collaboration, this role enhances engagement with top-tier clientele while upholding the brand’s exclusivity and prestige.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop Client-Centric Strategies

  • Leverage CRM analytics to identify and segment key client groups (VIC, Elite, potential high‑value clients)

  • Design personalized engagement strategies tailored to each segment

  • Strengthen client loyalty through elevated, targeted touchpoints

2. Design & Lead Premium Programs

  • Create and manage high-end, qualitative programs aimed at ultimate and potential clients

  • Ensure all VIC experiences reflect the maison’s luxury values, creativity, and craftsmanship

  • Deliver memorable, culturally relevant events and experiences

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with retail directors, boutique managers, and frontline staff to ensure flawless program execution

  • Work together with global couture teams to support major events such as annual couture presentations

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Events, Watch & Fine Jewelry, Client Development) to deliver elevated client activities

4. Enhance High-Value Client Relationships

  • Attend global fashion shows and international events (Paris and other key markets) to engage VIC clients directly

  • Host and guide clients during shows, events, and private appointments

  • Maximize touchpoints during key brand moments to reinforce exclusivity and loyalty

5. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop annual VIC strategies aligned with global client engagement direction

  • Plan and manage VIC service activities and premium experiences throughout the year

  • Monitor client satisfaction and collect feedback to continuously enhance program quality

  • Track KPIs and report insights to leadership

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with fashion or luxury brands

  • Strong understanding of VIC / top-client engagement practices

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Established network across food, hospitality, entertainment, and cultural industries

  • Japanese: Native/Fluent

  • English: Business‑level proficiency

  • French language skills are a strong plus
