Position Purpose

In this role, you will provide expert technical support for scientific and bioprocessing equipment, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system validation. You will also contribute to service strategy, project delivery, and customer relationship management through cross-functional collaboration and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and validate laboratory and production equipment in accordance with GMP standards (IQ/OQ).

  • Propose and manage service solutions for key clients, including contracts, inspections, and spare parts.

  • Collaborate with domestic and international teams to address customer requirements, ensure service quality, and support business planning.

  • Act as project lead for mid- to large-scale equipment installations, coordinating across departments.

  • Prepare for the launch of new equipment, including obtaining necessary certifications.

  • Deliver support remotely and coordinate on-site service through the dispatch of technical teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Biochemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in field service, technical support, or a related engineering discipline.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and teams.

  • A problem-solving mindset and business acumen aimed at improving service efficiency and outcomes.
