【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Supervise local inventory item maintenance and costing process.
Oversee local tax, treasury and secretarial functions, closely cooperating with corporate tax, treasury and legal team.
Ensure good corporate governance and enforce compliance with corporate policies and local statutory regulations.
Establish good financial controls in accordance to Fluke audit/compliance requirement.
Drive process improvement initiatives to increase the productivity and efficiency of the company.
Perform analysis of financial data and track actual performance vs forecasts.
Work with sales and operations team to achieve bookings and shipments as per forecast.
Train and develop the capability of the finance team.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Professionally qualified Accountant, with a minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience.
Previous experience of working for large multi-national companies
Strong commercial business experience with the ability to be a partner to the business.
Experience of working with Oracle and Hyperion as a financial reporting tool
Fluent in both Japanese and English
