Position Details

Work Location: Tokyo metropolitan area (head office-based; remote work available with approval)
Potential Transfers: Not expected in the short term, though future relocation within company locations may be possible
Key Responsibilities
Handle accounting transactions related to sales, purchases, payroll, expenses, and fixed assets
Process payments and receipts; manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets
Perform monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual closing operations
Prepare tax filings, including corporate tax, consumption tax, and fixed asset tax
Manage accounting operations for subsidiaries and support consolidated financial reporting
Prepare materials for audits and internal/external reporting
Support disclosure-related documentation such as financial statements and securities reports
Lead and manage a team of 4–5 accounting staff
Contribute to process improvement and ensure compliance with internal controls
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience across general accounting functions
Experience leading or coordinating a small team (approximately 4–5 members)
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Willingness to work in a hands-on managerial role
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a management position
Bookkeeping certification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred)
Experience in a listed company or group accounting environment
Working Conditions
Salary Range:
Monthly salary: approximately JPY 518,000 – 687,000
Estimated annual compensation: JPY 8.3M – 11.0M (including bonuses)
Bonus: Twice per year
Salary Review: Once per year
Overtime: Paid separately if hired as non-management staff
Probation Period: 3 months (no change in salary or benefits)
Working Hours
Work System: Flextime
Core Hours: 10:00 – 15:00
Standard Hours: 8:15 – 17:15
Break: 60 minutes
Average Overtime: Approximately 15–21 hours per month

Complete two-day weekend system (Saturday and Sunday)

Paid annual leave: 10–20 days (granted after six months of employment)
