  • Provide insights into any potential financial impact such as head count movements

  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Lead monthly reviews of financial metrics, analyze variances, synthesize key business drivers.

  • Support special projects, be organized about deadlines

    Planning/reporting

【REQUIREMENTS】

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field  
  • Above 3 years experience in financial accounting role
  • Strong interest in persuading management accounting career
  • Fluent/Native Japanese and Business English 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of advanced analytical skills

Preferable 

  • Strong skill for Excel and other MS Office products
  • Flexible and proactive 
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
