【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
- Support business launch/operation establishment in multiple countries.
- Potential candidate for key leaders in Global Business Division
- Launch, stabilize and manage service and operation in target countries with country heads.
- Design, establish and manage global operations among countries and HQ
- Lead planning functions in the division: Support strategy and business plan development, manage business progress/KPI, lead global meetings, support HQ corporate functions, etc.
【REQUIREMENTS】
- Japanese and English advanced business level
- Strong communication skill and self-starter mindset
- Resilience and independent working in a constantly evolving company
- Problem defining and solving skills with a logical approach
- People management and engagement skills (both internally and externally)
【DESIRABLE】
- Experience in new business development and launch
- Experience in business lead/management, project management, and corporate planning
- Experience in dental industry
