【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Structuring the financial organization as needed to lead transformation and create a best-in-class finance function that will support our growth and scalability
Leading the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools that ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization with strong tax management, project management, cross-team communications and workflows
Complying with local financial requirements for financial and tax reporting by studying existing and new regulation, enforcing compliance, and taking action
Building and expanding a high-functioning successful finance team that is able to scale, with a focus on short term and long-term business strategy and planning
Preparing and maintaining cash-flow forecasts and projections to effectively manage cash balances
Profit and loss management, financial analysis, proposals and execution for profit improvement
Providing appropriate financial information, advice and guidance to the CEO for strategic decisions and for monitoring its performance in accordance with the Group rules
【REQUIREMENTS】
Japanese: Business Level
English: Business Level
Business-level English communication skills
Over 10 years of related work experience in departments such as business planning, finance, and accounting (at least 3 years of management experience)
Practical experience with local Japanese accounting standards & IFRS
A strong background in finance and accounting
