Responsible for the successful delivery of all services in Japan. Overall achieving a high level of customer satisfaction through quality and successful services.
Manage all resources affecting service delivery including recruitment, KPI setting, quality control, policy management etc.
Represent Japan internally and act as liaison for internal cross communication / collaboration
Strictly operate within the legal parameters
Proven General Management experience
Strong EQ with ability to manage and lead people
Analytical with a customer satisfaction mind-set.
Native level Japan and excellent English ability
Understanding or experience working with healthcare policies in Japan (preferred)
Experience working in an English-speaking environment (preferred)
