【RESPONSIBILITIES】
You will report directly to the General Manager in Japan and set the technology vision and strategy for the company. Strong leadership skills, strategic agility, and depth of knowledge in data infrastructure, security, and information systems will be essential for success.
【REQUIREMENTS】
15 years of experience serving in IT management leadership roles of increasing scope and responsibility
Experience as a high impact member of an executive leadership team driving growth and performance of a company
Demonstrated success building and leading a high performance technology organization
Proven experience serving as a business process transformation leader
Provides strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, acquisition, operation and support of IT systems and programs
Develop and control IT operating and capital expenditure budgets to ensure that they are consistent with overall strategic objectives
Build a strong professional culture – improve rigor, process discipline, measurement and accountability in order to support a high-growth business
A hands-on leader who possesses intellectual curiosity and the skills to consistently exceed expectations
Experience working in healthcare or precision lab equipment environments preferred
Fluent Japanese and English
