【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Leading the marketing and sales activities for one of their flagship divisions (oncology)
Prepare strategy and prepare for new launches
Short to Long term planning of marketing activities
Work with internal Medical Affairs teams to align goals in KOL activities as well
Manage, train and develop marketing team
【REQUIREMENTS】
New product launch experience
Leadership / people management experience
Deep understanding of commercial operations and marketing strategy
Oncology related work in Japan (preferred)
Language skills: Native or high-level business Japanese / Business level English
**Role can be based in Kanto or Kansai.
