To support continued international expansion, the company is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy for its global platform.
Position Overview
The Principal Product Manager will lead the strategy, discovery, and global go-to-market approach for the company’s core AI product. This role will collaborate closely with product leaders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver scalable solutions for enterprise customers worldwide.
The position will also oversee the product management organization and help shape the long-term vision of the platform.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the global product strategy from concept through delivery

Identify market trends and analyze key customer challenges to guide product development

Develop and maintain the long-term product vision and roadmap

Work closely with international stakeholders including product managers, engineers, and business teams

Lead and mentor a team of product managers while coordinating with large engineering teams

Establish product metrics and analyze performance to prioritize development initiatives

Support organizational growth by recruiting and developing product management talent

Engage with major enterprise customers and explore strategic partnerships
Required Qualifications

Experience managing or leading product development for internal or SaaS-based products

Proven experience building or managing product teams or organizations

Strong interest in AI technologies, including generative AI or intelligent automation tools

Ability to identify complex problems and lead solution development in ambiguous environments

Fluent Japanese communication skills (business-level meetings and decision-making)

Strong English proficiency for global collaboration, documentation, and communication with international teams
